Bettie Harris-Howard

There is a saying that resounds when I think of the concerns I hear about in Lebanon. It goes something like this, if you do the same thing all the time you will get the same results every time!  I say it is time for a change.  Let’s stop doing the same things all the time.  Lebanon needs to unite and all departments need to work together for the citizens!

New attitudes and new ideas are what I, Bettie Harris-Howard, can bring to the Board of Selectmen.  I have experience with budgeting, staff development, and administrating large nursing facilities.  I was a founder of a booking, tax and real estate business.  I have a MA degree in criminal justice and have taught and performed research in the field both nationally and internationally.

I want to truly represent the people of Lebanon.  I want to know what you think and what you would like to see happen in Lebanon.

Lebanon is a great community.  The problems I see and hear about are solvable. But it will take new ideas and new attitudes and yes some hard decisions may have to be made.  I have the faith that we, the people of Lebanon can work together to solve our problems.  After all we are Mainers.

I would be happy to discuss your opinions and to share my ideas with you. Please feel free to call me at 207-457-6281 or email me at bet103@outlook.com.
