Alvin F. McInnis Jr. ... longtime trucker

LEBANON - Alvin F. McInnis Jr., 83, of Lebanon, Maine, died on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at the Maine Veterans Home in Scarborough. He was born in New Bedford, Mass., on June 16, 1933, a son of Alvin Sr., and Helen (Coughlin) McInnis. He served in the Navy.
Following the military he was employed by Daly Bros., as a trucker. Along with his wife Rose Marie they were foster parents for 50 years.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Rose Marie (Deon) McInnis of Lebanon, daughter, Andrea Jagger of Lebanon, son, Scott McInnis of Lebanon and Louis McInnis of Manchester, N.H. He is also survived by one sister, Pat Reeves and her husband, William of Florida, as well as four grandchildren.
