Arrest warrant issued on city woman who failed to show for plea and sentencing

DOVER - A Rochester woman is on the lam today after she was a no-show at her plea and sentencing hearing on Tuesday in Strafford County Superior Court.
The most serious charge Natasha B. Oelschlager, 34, of 46 Chestnut St., was expected to plead guilty to is fentanyl trafficking in connection with a Nov. 2020 arrest in Rochester. That charge alone calls for a maximum prison term of 20 years and a $300,000 fine.
She was also expected to plead guilty to three drug possession charges and a separate theft by unauthorized taking charge, those all from 2018. All four of the 2018 charges are Class B felonies that carry a three and a half to seven year prison stint.
She also had several bail violations, according to court documents.
Felony level charges apply to theft by unauthorized taking (shoplifting) if the suspect has two previous such convictions.
Court officials told The Rochester Voice that since Oelschlager failed to show on Wednesday a bench warrant, or capias, has been issued.
