ROCHESTER - When you order barbecue chicken, the one thing that is essential is an extraordinary barbecue sauce, and the Granite Steak and Grill's is extraordinarily kickass, as good as any barbecue place.
The grilled chicken breast came out perfectly grilled, with plenty of sauce to enjoy both with the chicken and the potatoes.
Speaking of potatoes, they do not need butter, they are among the most flavorful about town.
The vegetable of the day was a medley that included green beans, orange and yellow peppers feast. Very colorful indeed.
The meal started off with a delicious and warm gluten free roll and cup of their fabulous nutmeggy whipped butter.
With their spacious booth seating the whole experience was top notch, along with the friendly service.
And the whole meal with coffee and a Udi's gluten free chocolate chip cookie for dessert, was just $13.99 on the seniors' menu.
And don't forget you youngsters, it starts at age 55.
