DOVER - Chandler Stone Bullard, 46, of Dover, died on Feb. 19, 2024.

He was born in Hanover on April 3, 1977, to Ashton Bullard and Janet (O'Driscoll) Morton. Chandler grew up in Durham and attended Oyster River schools and Saint Thomas Aquinas High School. He went on to graduate from Gulliver Prep in Miami, Fla., and attended George Washington University, where he focused on marketing and political science and was a brother of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.

In his professional life, Chandler was dedicated to serving others. He was a camp director for Easterseals in Virginia and San Diego, where he mentored and championed young people with physical and cognitive challenges. At Northeast Passage in New Hampshire, he was a school outreach director and coach of the quad rugby team.

A freemason and fervent scholar of government and American history, Chandler had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. He loved his country and explored it frequently in his 40-foot motor home "Belle." He had an unrivaled presence, and wherever he went complete strangers would perk up and engage when he shared his sharp wit and ribald humor. Chandler was a lifelong fan of the Boston Red Sox and loved bringing friends to Fenway Park for the first time.

Chandler was preceded in death by his father, Ashton Bullard. He is survived by his mother, Janet Morton (Matt), of Newington, his sister, Julanne Bullard (Jay), of Strafford; his brother, Colton Bullard, of Everett, Wash., and countless friends around the globe whose lives he touched.
