Charlie Kirk's legacy will live long thanks to his wife and millions of followers

Will the memorial service for Charlie Kirk bringing together almost 100,000 patriots and millions worldwide mourning his cowardly assassination be a turning point in history?

Erika Kirk's words before the world, "I forgive him for he knows not what he's done" surely was the power of the Holy Spirit flowing through her to carry out the initial step of healing. Charlie chose his successor well. Erika, the new CEO of Turning Point USA, will continue the cause of Christ and the fight for righteousness, justice and liberty. Christians must put on the whole armor of God, "for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against ... the rulers of darkness, against spiritual forces of evil in heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:12)

Consider another comparable turning point in history. The first American to die in WWIII, Christian Missionary and war hero, Captain John Birch. He was brutally murdered by the Chinese communist on August 25th, 1945, just 10 days after the Japanese surrendered. John Birch was also martyred for his faith and patriotism. Our government coverup then, enabled by silence in media, shielded Americans from the growing threat of atheistic communism. Until Robert Welch published his book on The Life Of John Birch in 1950, most Americans were naive and apathetic about the war of Christian-style civilization versus Atheistic communism flying under the radar.

The founding of the John Birch Society ("JBS") in 1958 was organized as an educational army to teach the fundamental basics of Americanism poured into the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Like Turning Point USA, the JBS soon filled all 50 states with chapters. For Irregardless of which party was in power, a Marxist revolution spearheading surreptitiously through the halls of government, acclaimed and praised through complicit media mouths, was winning a corrupting war against liberty. Opposing this evil force, the JBS soon became the vanguard of the second American Revolution; exposing communism within our globalist minded government and fighting these evils with "Less Government, More Responsibility, and With God's Help A Better World."

Thank God for the passionate intensity of Turning Point USA's leadership demonstrated last Sunday, most especially, by Erika's words of forgiveness. She quoted the words of God echoing through the centuries. Forgiveness is the posterity of God's love in action, piercing through the darkness; the turning point of the heart of man from death and all matters of evil to life and everlasting liberty.
