Citywide parking ban in effect till 6 a.m. on Sunday

ROCHESTER - A citywide parking ban that officially began at 2 a.m. today will be in effect till 6 a.m. on Sunday.

Short term parking for open downtown business patrons is exempt.

All other city streets must be clear of parked cars.

No vehicle iwthout an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during this time.
