Citywide winter parking ban begins tonight at 10

ROCHESTER - A citywide parking ban is in effect from tonight at 10 p.m. till 8 a.m. on Friday.

During this time no vehicle may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots unless it has an exemption permit.
