Conservative study puts Dems adherence to Constitution at 2%

As a nation, we suffer the consequences of SCOTUS rulings that have for the past half-century separated us from biblical morality. God's wisdom teaches us, "Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." Without God, we have government without limitation. Therefore, constitutional ignorance has ruled our election campaigns bolstered by marketing techniques of deception. Over and over, this process is followed and constituents get exactly what they vote for, more of the same. We send new representation to Congress lacking sufficient knowledge and moral courage to stand against the Party group think; therefore, representatives serve a different loyalty than the U.S. Constitution.

All political parties have biased opinions that continue this insanity. The John Birch Society has long provided a congressional grading system called The Freedom Index.com. Now they offer Scorecards for State Representatives. Scores are based solely on the U.S. Constitution with a blind test grading system; Representatives and Senators know not which votes they will be graded on. The August 2025 NewAmerican.com contains the first look at the 119th Congress and is the most stringent Congressional Scorecard. All others grading systems provide foreknowledge listing bills they will be graded on. The average House score in this Index is 36% fidelity to the Constitution: 69% Republicans & 2% for Democrats. The average Senate score is 32%: 79% Republicans & 1% Democrats.

Since 1958 the JBS mission to promote: "Less Government, More Responsibility" remains the same. JBS realized then that the insanity of our nation's trend of more and more government would end-up with 100% government. The formula is simple, "Education As Our Total Product And Truth As Our Only Weapon." For information on stopping today's insanity that too often dominates the election process: utilize the voting scores against those who remain enemies of liberty.
