ROCHESTER - A Dover man was the second on Wednesday to be arrested for driving drunk in Rochester after an accident on Winter Street.

David Blaney, 26, of 3D Academy St., Dover, was charged with Aggravated Driving While Under the Influence after his car, a 2004 Mazda 3, struck a telephone pole at the corner of Winter Street and Columbus Avenue around 10:45 p.m.

According to Rochester Police, Blaney was traveling eastbound on Columbus Avenue when he failed to negotiate the corner at Winter Street and left the roadway hitting the pole.
