DOVER, - Two Dover men were arrested on Tuesday on drug trafficking charges as part of an ongoing investigation into the pair's drug activities.

The men were taken into custody at their Knox Marsh Road apartment around 9:15 a.m. as members of the Dover Police Department and Strafford County Regional Tactical Operations Unit executed arrest warrants and a search warrant.

Stephen Reagan, 31; and Joshua Roya, 34, both of 86 Knox Marsh Road #3, were charged with Sale of a Controlled Drug, which is a Class B felony.

Reagan refused bail, and Roya was ordered held on preventative detention pending arraignment today in Dover District Court.

As a result of evidence located during the execution of the search warrant, further charges may be forthcoming, police say.
