DOVER - A Rochester man has been indicted in four separate burglaries that occurred in August.

Kevin Brochu, 24, of 20 Periwinkle Dr., East Rochester, is charged with breaking into homes on Patton Street, Barrington Lane, Cushing Boulevard and Estes Road during an alleged five-day crime spree from Aug. 10-15.

Each burglary charge is a Class B felony and carries a possible prison term of 3½-7 years and up to a $4,000 fine apiece.

The indictments were handed down earlier this month by a Strafford County grand jury.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial.
