ROCHESTER - An elderly Durham, N.H., woman was injured in a two-car crash Friday at the intersection of Weeping Willow Drive and Old Dover Road.

The collision occurred around 11:30 a.m. when police say a 2012 Honda Civic, driven by Dianne Brooks, 70, of Durham was entering Old Dover Road and was struck by a 2002 Hyundai Accent traveling north.

The Hyundai was driven by Brea Vespa, 19, of Rochester.

Brooks was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with what were described as nonlife-threatening injuries.

Both vehicles sustained moderate damage, with Brooks' vehicle having to be towed. She was given a warning for failure to yield the right of way to Vespa.

Old Dover Road remained open to traffic during the investigation.
