Ex-Farmington man wanted in city assault

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are looking for a Farmington man in connection with an assault in the Academy Section of the city last month.

Dennis Scott Gower, 43, with a last known address of 354 Main St., Apt. #4, Farmington, is alleged to have gotten into a disagreement with another man on Jan. 23 in a parking lot near 58 Chestnut St.

Gower is accused of six counts of simple assault against the victim, a 45-year-old area man, who did not require ambulance transport after the fracas.

Gower, who is currently out on parole, is described as 5-foot-8 and 175 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on both upper arms.

Tipsters who know where Gower is are asked to please call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128.
