Excellent service awaits at A1 Japanese Steak House

ROCHESTER - The A1 Japanese Steak House on North Main Street is a comfortable, even cozy little eatery that carries a wide variety of Asian food including teriyaki and hibachi dishes, tempura, sushi and cooked and raw rolls.
I shook off my chicken obsession and got the hibachi shrimp, which was nicely spiced but was obviously of frozen origin.
More tasty were the delicious hibachi vegetables, and even more memorable, the delightful mini salad that came with a perfectly constructed light house dressing that you won't soon forget.
The service was impeccable, with a waitress who was far and away one of the most knowledgeable gluten-free experts I've met up with during my dining forays.
The A1 Japanese Steak House is definitely worth the visit. They're located at 300 North Main St. A, in the same mini mall as Domino's Pizza.
