ROCHESTER - Four locals and another from Massachusetts won't be gambling at the Lilac Club Casino anytime soon following a brawl in the casino's parking lot on Saturday.
The incident began around 10:40 p.m. when an argument among the five erupted inside the casino, which led to them being told to leave.
"Once removed from the casino to the outside, the involved people continued the argument into a physical altercation," said Rochester Police Capt. Jeremy Aucoin.
When police responded to the scene they found the physical altercation had ended, but after reviewing video footage officers were able to identify the involved people that were still on scene.
Carles Brown, 23; Jasmine Gray, 25; Jacob Wiggins 25, all of Milton; as well as Brook McLaren, 26, of Rochester and Jasmine Pitts, 19, of Turners Falls, Mass., were charged with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, and issued no trespass orders for the casino, which does not allow anyone under 21 on the premises.
All five have a date in Rochester Circuit Court on May 6.
