ROCHESTER - Franklin M. Keezer, 88, of Rochester, died peacefully in the company of his family on March 5, 2025.
Born in Eastport, Maine, Frank was the beloved son of Clytie and Ben Keezer.
Frank joined the Coast Guard at the age of 18. His service included two tours in Vietnam. During Frank's service he was awarded several medals including a few Bronze Stars. Frank retired from military service as a Chief Petty Officer after 20 years of dedicated service.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 52 years, Cecelia (Debbie) Woods Keezer, four daughters, Deanna Coro, Brenda Kane, Beth Castro, and Linda Wood Gillis, several grandchildren, and two great grandsons.
