CONCORD, N.H. - Early today Richard Cybenko was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Fugitive Task Force in Sugar Land, Texas.

Cybenko, 29, who was last known to have ties to the Milton, N.H., area, was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for probation violations, identity theft, delivering articles to prisoners, smuggling contraband, theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Based on tips and information developed by the investigative efforts of the N.H. Joint Fugitive Task Force, tips were followed all the way across the country to California where information was developed and it was determined Cybenko was residing in San Leon, Texas.

While trying to shake law enforcement Cybenko traveled the country, allegedly committing crimes and is wanted by authorities in Colorado and Texas for larcenies and thefts.  During the course of the investigation it was learned that Cybenko had been using the aliases of Richard Hall, Albertico Gozman, Jake Noue Stott and Jon Adam Casavant, with false identification in an attempt to conceal his true identity.

He will be held at the Gray County Jail pending his initial court appearance on all of the outstanding warrants and will be returned to New Hampshire to face charges
