ROCHESTER - The Knights of Columbus, Fr. McDonald Council 2048, recently donated $2,400 to the Monarch School of New England, which is located in Rochester.
According to Amanda Gebo Martineau, director of community engagement, the donation will provide 480 meals to students at the school.
Curtis Lalonde, Grand Knight of the Fr. McDonald Council, said the Knights were happy to come together to support the needs of students at the Monarch School.
The school brings individuals with intellectual, physical, medical, and behavioral disabilities into the mainstream of everyday life.
