DOVER - Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, a leading CPA firm with offices throughout New Hampshire, recently announced the promotion of Kimberly Belair, CPA to Principal.

Ms. Belair began her career at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts in 2015 after graduating summa cum laude from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a minor in professional communication. Based in the firm's Dover office, Ms. Belair specializes in auditing, with experience serving nonprofit organizations, manufacturers, and employee benefit plans, along with select tax engagements.

She was instrumental in launching the firm's Mentor Program and remains actively involved in recruiting and staff development. Ms. Belair is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA), where she serves on the Board of Directors and the Young Professionals Committee. She is also actively involved with the Dover Women's Business League and serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Dover Adult Learning Center.
