CONCORD - An Ossipee man has been indicted in the death an Ossipee woman and her unborn child.
William Kelly, 38, is accused of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Christine Falzone and her unborn child who was in their 20th week or more.
Falzone, 33, died from multiple blunt force injuries, according to a statement sent from the Attorney Generals Office on Friday.
Kelly was also indicted on a count of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of the unborn child.
Kelly continues to be held without bail. He is expected to be arraigned on Monday in the Carroll Superior Court.
