CONCORD - A fugitive wanted on warrants out of Rochester District Court and featured as last week's "Fugitive of the Week" was arrested on Tuesday at a Portsmouth hotel.

Trisha Marie Ricker, 34, was located at a hotel in the 3000 block of Lafayette Road. Ricker had been sought on multiple outstanding arrest warrants issued by both the Rockingham County Superior Court and Rochester District Court. The Rockingham County warrant alleges that Ricker failed to appear on two narcotics charges, while the Rochester District Court warrant alleges bail violations on three counts of assault, two counts of obstructing the report of a crime/injury and criminal trespass.

After being featured as the "Fugitive of the Week," members of the U.S. Marshals NH Joint Fugitive Task Force received tips pointing to several locations throughout the Strafford and Rockingham County areas.

On Tuesday information was developed indicating that Ricker was possibly staying at a hotel in Portsmouth. After checking area hotels, this information was confirmed, and surveillance was established by members of the task force.

After watching the hotel for a short period of time, Ricker was observed walking from a hotel room. Task force members then arrested Ricker without incident. She was transported to the Rockingham County Jail for processing and holding pending her initial court appearance.
