NORTHWOOD - A Northwood motorcyclist was killed on Saturday when another vehicle crossed the centerline on Route 4 and collided with his Harley.

The crash occurred around 3:20 p.m. in the vicinity of Blakes Hill Road, according to a Sunday press release from the state Dept. of Safety.

Upon arrival, it was determined that a 2015 Ford Mustang was traveling on Route 4 westbound when it crossed the centerline of the roadway and collided with a 2005 Harley Davidson operated by Phillip Allen, 77, of Northwood, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
