ALFRED, Maine - A Union, N.H., man has been indicted in a domestic violence incident that took place in Lebanon in February.

Gary J. Laroche, 47, was formally charged with three felonies, including aggravated assault with indifference, assault and criminal threatening, as well as three violations of bail conditions misdemeanors in connection with the Feb. 7 incident.

Laroche has a prior conviction of domestic assault from 2008.

Each of the felonies is punishable by up to five years in state prison if convicted.

The York County grand jury indictments were released last week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
