DOVER -- a Somersworth man was arrested Sunday after running naked through traffic on Route 16 in Dover after crashing his vehicle.
Police said Shawn Weiner, 35, crashed his car on Varney Road in Dover, and proceeded to flee the scene while taking off his clothes. Police say he was then spotted running in and out of traffic on the busy highway. Later police learned the car had been stolen out of Somersworth.
Weiner was charged with indecent exposure, lewdness, reckless conduct, two counts of disorderly conduct and littering.
His arraignment is set for May 13 in Dover District Court.
The investigation into the stolen vehicle is ongoing.
