ROCHESTER - A Stafford, N.H., teen was arrested on Saturday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Kohl’s.

Alyssa Merchant , 17, of 1655 Parker Mountain Road, was charged with willful concealment and bailed on $1,000 personal recognizance pending an arraignment next month at the 7^th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
