NH HB 1156 would get the 'nanny' state out of our lives

To the editor:

More and more citizens of our state and nation are realizing that the greatest hazard to personal healthcare is posed by the World Health Organization and essentially its U.S. satellite organization we call the Center For Disease Control (CDC). Both at the federal and state level this movement to protect personal health care from the nanny state is represented by encouraging legislation. NH HB 1156 would explicitly recognize that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) have no authority in New Hampshire. For clearly with actions taken by "Executive fiat" in COVID years by our governor walking in lockstep with tyranny makers at the federal and global level, crossed the line - the gauntlet our founders tossed before the feet of tyranny - the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, plus our state Constitution.

Here at the state level in NH the CDC and WHO are a threat to our personal liberty; our protection is based on our inherent God-Given rights that Jefferson challenged as the tyranny of his day in the Declaration of Independence, that we are endowed by our Creator with God-given unalienable rights.

A decade later this challenge to tyranny, that "governments are to secure these rights" was confirmed and sealed for all time in our Bill of Rights, that tell all "dictators and would be dictators" that , "Congress shall make no law against these rights." More accurately according to the late President Emeritus of the John Birch Society John F. McManus, these first 10 amendments should be called a "Bill of Limitation on government."

Add the reinforcement given in "[Art.] 2-b. [Right of Privacy.] secured in the NH Bill of Rights: An individual's right to live free from governmental intrusion in private or personal information is natural, essential, and inherent. (added December 5, 2018)" And we have powerful ammunition to challenge this tyranny that HB 1156 targets. Since our state officials all take an oath "to support this Constitution." Thus, your highest priority is to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution and the God-given freedoms it protects. Truth is a lonely warrior, for lust for power and greed that entices representatives of the people at the state level is a most necessary part of self government. The non-participation by citizens through many decades has invited the unscrupulous to run for office and play ball with the enemies of liberty who buy opinions and votes. They need to know "we the people who "love God , family and country" are their masters. Demand your state legislators support and vote for HB 1156. If you believe in the Declaration of Independence and the U.S Constitution, it is your obligation to help enact HB 1156, to protect our God-given freedoms!!!
