ROCHESTER - Gerald R. Bibeau Sr., 78, of Rochester died Monday, November 11, 2013, at the Rochester Manor after a period of failing health. He was born on January 25, 1935, in Gonic, the son of Cyrille and Ellaine Verville Bibeau.

Gerald served in the Air Force. He was a lifelong resident of Rochester and worked as a tool and die maker at Eastern Air Devices in Dover, for 24 years.

He was a member of St. Mary Church of Rochester. His passions included riding his motorcycle with his wife and even attended the Blessings of the Bikes in Colebrook. He also enjoyed boating and ATV riding.

Members of his family include his wife of 55 years, Helen M. (Richard) Bibeau; sons, Gerald and wife Laurie Bibeau of Center Strafford, Alan and wife Margaret Bibeau of York, Maine; daughter Pauline Aiken and husband Richard of Milton; four grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; and sisters, Laurette Carrier and Dolores Platt.
