MILTON - Harry Wentworth, age 87, of Old Wakefield Road in Milton, died April 25, 2013, at home.
Born Oct. 1, 1925, in Milton, a son of Horace and Sarah Alice (Pomfret) Wentworth, he resided in Milton for most of his life.
He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army Air Corps.
He was retired from the Spaulding Fibre Company.
He loved woodworking, "Mr. Fix It."
Harry was a member of True Memorial Baptist Church for 64 years and served in the Christian Service Brigade for 36 years at the church.
Widower of the late Martha L. (Tuttle) Wentworth, he is survived by their seven children: Sharon and husband Dennis Hall, Daniel and wife Alice Wentworth, Thomas and wife Linda Wentworth, Timothy and wife Bonnie Wentworth, Andrea Kenyon, Alicia Wentworth, John and wife Nicole Wentworth, 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, a niece Bonnie Wentworth and a nephew Dana Wentworth. He was predeceased by a son David Wentworth and a brother Donald Wentworth.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 30 at 10 a.m. at True Memorial Baptist Church, 21 Ten Rod Road in Rochester, N.H. 03867 with Rev. Rick Lamirande, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Kimball Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made in his memory to True Memorial Baptist Church.
