Police ask public's help in Walmart theft case

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects in a theft from the city's Walmart on Dec. 27 when they were allegedly caught on video taking several items valued at approximately $200.

Police say the men gave false names when confronted by store employees and fled before police arrived.

The suspects left in a maroon colored 2000 Ford Ranger registered to a male out of Wakefield, N.H. All efforts to contact the registered owner of the vehicle have been unsuccessful.

Anyone who knows the these suspects or have any information regarding this incident are asked to call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128 and reference Case #14-6390-OF.

Tipsters can also remain anonymous by calling the Rochester Crimeline at 603-335-6500 or text to CRIMES (274637) and type Text4Cash in the body of the text followed by your tip. Tips through Crimeline leading to an arrest may receive a cash reward.
