Police seek person of interest in car break-in spree

ROCHESTER - The Rochester Police Department is investigating a series of thefts from vehicles in the Lowell Street area and surrounding neighborhood last month.

Sometime during the overnight of Oct. 29 a person of interest was captured on video in connection with the incident.

He is described as being approximately 5-foot-8, of average build and wearing a dark hoddie-style sweatshirt that covered his head and face.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Sgt. Babine of the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128.
