ROCHESTER - Richard P. Currier Jr., 87, died at his home in Rochester after a brief illness.
Richard was born on Aug. 25th, 1937, in Concord and was the beloved son of Richard P. Currier Sr. and Eleanor (Tozier) Currier.
Following his service in the Army, Richard pursued a successful career in the automotive industry, excelling in sales, management, ownership, and wholesale. After retiring, he spent a decade in Northern Arizona before returning to Rochester.
An avid outdoorsman, Richard found great joy in fishing, boating, hunting, and snowmobiling, spending much of his time surrounded by the nature he loved.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Shirley (Breech) Currier; his children, Randall, Kenneth, Dennis, and Lisa, his stepson, Gregory; and his sister, Cindy.
