ESCONDIDO, California - Richard P. Prato, 33, died unexpectedly on Sunday, April 10, 2016.
Born December 10, 1982, in Aurora, Colo., the son of Paul and Cynthia (Garro) Prato.
Richard was a free spirit who loved four things the most; Jesus, Family, Friends, and Life!! He enjoyed the outdoors hunting, hiking, and fishing. He was a great Fisherman and became a considered "Great Fisher of Men". The retreat he looked after in California was his own Heaven. Richard, was an active member of his church, Escondido Christian Center, where he played softball, and was a tenor in the choir.
Members of his family include his parents, Paul and Cynthia Prato of Farmington, N.H.; his sister, Cindy-Jo (Prato) Knight of Rochester, N.H.; two nieces, Kaylee and Amber Knight; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, as well as dog Axel.
If one word were to describe Richard it would be "Genuine".
He will be honored and loved forever.
