Rochester adds another day of pickleball play time

ROCHESTER - Pickleball enthusiasts will get an extra day of play, Rochester Rec and Arena announced on Thursday.

According to rec officials, after assessing attendance on Monday and Wednesday mornings, they have decided to open up Community Play on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 a.m., like on Thursdays.

This means from now until the end of the season, all pickleballers will be able to play from 8 a.m.-noon on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The change will go into effect on Monday.
