Rochester man nabbed in March shoplifting incident

ROCHESTER - Newington Police arrested a Rochester man on Saturday in connection with a shoplifting event that occurred in April.

Jeffery Steele, 20 of Rochester Hill Road, was charged on a willful concealment warrant issued by Rochester Police from a March 21 incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Steele was released on $500 personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit Court of Rochester.
