ROCHESTER - The Rochester Mental Health Alliance announced earlier this week that they have been recognized by the Governor's Recovery Friendly Workplace initiative with a special designation.

According to organizers, RMHA strives to create an inclusive, supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of individuals affected by mental health and substance use challenges by seeking to eliminate stigma around these issues by providing education, resources, and fostering a culture of understanding.

As a proud RFW participant, RMHA encourages both employers and employees across all communities to seek help and support without fear of judgment. The goal is to offer practical tools and resources to create workplaces that are supportive of recovery and mental health.
