ROCHESTER - Rochester Police arrested Jason Laskey of Rochester on Friday on an active arrest warrant for burglary, a class B Felony, which was the result of an incident reported to police in July.
Laskey, 47, refused bail and was arraigned on Monday at Strafford County Superior Court. After his arraignment on the burglary charge, Laskey was released on personal recognizance bail.
The arrest on Friday was the eighth time Laskey was arrested by Rochester Police in the past year. The prior arrests include:
- September 10, 2019 - Arrested on an Electronic Bench Warrant (EBW) and an active arrest warrant regarding an incident from September 3rd, for Possession of Burglary Tools. Laskey was released on personal recognizance bail.
- May 4, 2019 - Arrested on 4 EBW's and 1 Capias warrant, all for failure to appear at Court hearings
- March 21, 2019 - Arrested for Burglary, Criminal Trespass and Resisting Arrest or Detention. Laskey was released on PR bail and failed to show up for his arraignment, which resulted in an EBW being issued.
- December 23, 2018 - Arrested on 2 EBW's
- November 27, 2018 - Arrested for Bail Jumping a charge that was the result of failing to appear for court hearings
- October 13, 2018 - Arrested for Criminal Trespass and Theft by Unauthorized Taking - Laskey was released on PR bail and failed to appear for his arraignment, which resulted in one of above EBW's and Bail Jumping charge
- September 28, 2018 - Arrested for Resisting Arrest or Detention - Laskey was PR bailed and failed to appear at his arraignment , which resulted in one of the above EBW's and Bail Jumping charge.
