Speed, impairment ruled out in crash that claimed life of Rochester man, 21

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police today revealed that neither speed nor alcohol are believed to have been factors in the death of a Rochester man who crashed his car on Rochester Neck Road on Sunday.
Zachary Hill, 21, died when his vehicle veered off off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
The accident occurred around 7 p.m. on Sunday in the area of 489 Rochester Neck Road, drawing Rochester police, fire and rescue to the scene.
Upon arrival they found a 2012 black Hyundai Accent had veered off roadway and crashed into a tree.
Hill was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police say all aspects of the crash remain under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Rochester Police Department at (603) 330-7128.
