STRAFFORD - The New Hampshire Department of Transportation will be replacing a culvert that will require a temporary road closure of NH Route 202A between the junctions of Sloper Road and Second Crown Point Road in Strafford.

The closure will take place on Wednesday from 6 a.m-6 p.m.

During this time, a detour will be in place to redirect through traffic at the junction of NH Route 126 and NH Route 202A. Traffic will be routed to NH Route 202, then to Pond Hill Road, and back to NH Route 202A. Detour signs will be installed to alert and guide road users throughout the closure. Local traffic will be permitted on both sides of the road closure.

Road users are urged to use caution in the construction zone, obey all posted signage, and stay alert. Travelers are encouraged to sign up for free, real-time construction and traffic related messages (text or email) from https://newengland511.org/.
