ROCHESTER - The Howard could soon be one of the city's trendiest places to live.
Nestled among downtown's quaint boutiques and upscale restaurants, the five-story building features, modern appliances, floor to ceiling windows and open-style floorplans.

laundry room goes for $3,000, according to Getman, who said they expect to have the building fully occupied by June.
"The one-bedrooms are going very fast," she said.
While there are 45 apartments only 15 will get covered parking, most of those going to the higher end units, Getman noted, however she says there is nearby parking in the Union Street Parking lot and across from the Lilac City Grille.
One amenity that pet owners will like is not only do they allow dogs and cats, but they have a dog-washing station on premises.
Meanwhile, Getman said the ground floor could house anywhere from one to three businesses, none of which have been confirmed.
