DOVER, N.H. - Three Rochester residents were indicted this month on heroin charges.

Jennifer Harriman, 32, of 141 Flagg Road, Gonic, was charged in connection with heroin possession in a June 9 incident.

Harriman was charged with a Class A felony that could land her in prison for up to 15 years. She also faces a $50,000 fine. Harriman was previously convicted of a prior offense in February 2001.

Roger Lewis, 50, of 174 Farmington Road, was indicted for possession of more than a gram of the drug stemming from a June 13 arrest. He faces Special Felony charges and up to 40 years in prison.

Finally, Angelique Derosa, 34, of 14 Springfield Court, Apt. A, is charged with selling more than a gram of heroin to an undercover agent on Aug. 11. She also faces Special Felony charges that carry up 20 years in prison and a possible $300,000 fine.

The indictments were handed down by a Strafford County grand jury on Dec. 18 and made public earlier this week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial.
