ROCHESTER - Tracy Grisham-Coakley, 47, died on Sunday, January 11, 2015, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family.

Born in Portsmouth on June 16, 1967, she was the daughter of Dennis and Mary (Grisham) Coakley. She was a graduate of Portsmouth High School Class of 1985 and attended UNH and the N.H. Vocational Technical School.

Tracy was full of life, energetic, and compassionate. She always tried to stay positive through many hardships that she encountered during her life. May she rest in peace until we all meet again.

In addition to her parents of Portsmouth survivors include her children Dennis Halpin of Rochester, Annalee Halpin of North Berwick, ME; fiance Bill Ouelette of Rochester, aunt and godmother Barbara Bergeron, godfather Coleman Garland, many cousins throughout the United States.
