Trunk-A-Treat, craft fair events in planning stages

LEBANON - Lebanon’s annual Trunk-A-Treat will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 6-8 p.m. at the Lebanon Elementary School. 

If anyone would like to participate by decorating their cars and handing out candy, please contact Georgie Allen at 207-837-2138 or e-mail geoharley67@gmail.com.

The event is also in need of candy donations and residents who would like decorate their cars and hand out candy.

This is planned as a safe environment for the children to come and Trick-A-Treat. There will also be a bounce house, popcorn, hot chocolate, games and a bake sale. 

Last year the event drew more than 500 children.

Also a craft fair is being planned for Nov. 2 from 9-2 at the Hanson School. Table spaces are $15, and you need to supply your own table. We will have a bake sale and raffles and are looking for homemade crafters. 

The proceeds from the table space rental and bake sale go toward the Giving Tree in the School, which puts Christmas gifts in the hands of Lebanon’s neediest families.
