ROCHESTER - Walter M. Patrick, 78, died peacefully on September 1, 2025, in Rochester, New Hampshire.

Walter was born in Dayton, Ohio on July 22, 1947, to Ruth (Rhoden) and William Patrick. He graduated from South Gate High School in Los Angeles, California, in June of 1966. Shortly thereafter, he answered the call to serve his country and enlisted in the U.S. Army in February 1968. He served honorably until September 1974.

Following his military service, Walter dedicated most of his life to working as a mechanic. His strong work ethic and commitment to his craft were evident throughout his career. Known for being a hard-working and generous man, Walter was always willing to lend a hand or share his knowledge with others.

Above all else, Walter was a loving father and a proud grandfather. He is survived by his daughter Erica Noonan and her husband Eric Noonan; grandchildren Janessa Pellman, Zoe Noonan, and Gavin Noonan; nieces Sherry Miller and Deborah Grimes along with their families. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Daniel Patrick.

Walter took great pride in the accomplishments of his grandchildren and found joy in watching them grow. He will be remembered with love by his family and friends.
