DOVER - A Rochester woman accused of repeatedly trafficking methamphetamine in the area is facing decades in prison and more than a half-million dollars in fines.
Diana Rose Foley, 38, of 287 Rochester Hill Road, Rochester, stands formally charged with four separate counts of selling meth to an individual working with the New Hampshire Drug Task Force in September and October of last year.
During that time frame Foley is alleged to have sold it three times in Somersworth and once in Dover.
The single most serious charge is a Special Felony punishable by up to 20 years in jail and a $300,000 fine.
The indictments handed down by a Strafford County grand jury were handed down on Sept. 18 and released to the public on Monday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to move forward to trial.
