Alton teen arrested in Walmart shoplifting

ROCHESTER - An Alton teenager was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart on Sunday.

Kelly Jones, 18, of South View Lane in Alton was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment and released on $1,500 Personal Recognizance bail pending her arraignment next month in Rochester District Court.
