ROCHESTER - A pair of local residents including a Rochester woman were arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Kohl’s.

Jamie Overton, 22, of 100 Rochester Hill Road, Apt. A, Rochester; and Alex Long, 27, of 21 Cemetery Road, Berwick, Maine, were both charged with willful concealment on Saturday and bailed on $2,500 personal recognizance pending a court date later this month at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court. 

A person who has been twice convicted of Shoplifting within a 36-month period can be charged with a Class B Felony.
