ROCHESTER - A city woman was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart on Saturday.

Lindy Thurber, 35, of 35 Lafayette St., was arrested for willful concealment and bailed on $1,000 personal recognizance pending her court date next month in Rochester District Court.
