ROCHESTER - A Milton man was arrested on Saturday in a shoplifting incident at Kmart in Rochester.
David Driscoll, 30, of 23 Elm St., was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, pending an arraignment next month in Rochester District Court.
The Rochester Police would like to remind the public that a person who has been twice convicted of Shoplifting within a 36-month period can be charged with a Class B Felony.
