ROCHESTER - Two women were charged with shoplifting on Sunday after an incident at the Kohl’s at Rochester Crossing.

Jaime Deyoung, 24, of East Rochester and Haley Cahill, 17, of Milton were charged with Willful Concealment and released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending an arraignment next month in Rochester District Court.
